Due to relocation of the security screening station, the 4th Judicial District Courthouse, located at 1361 S HWY 40, Heber City, UT 84032, will be closed Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, to walk-in public access. The mission of the Court is to sit in judgment of criminal and small claims proceedings, resolve legal issues, and ensure justice, thereby improving the quality of life in the community. The Justice Court handles all Class B, Class C, and Infraction violations in Wasatch County. We also handle small claim cases that occur or those involving the defendant residing within the county limits.
