Board of Equalization
We are no longer accepting applications for BOE for this year
If you wish to appeal some aspect concerning the valuation of your property, you must file an appeal application with the County Board of Equalization. Please refer to Reason for Appeal to see what type of appeal applies to your situation. All evidence supporting your market value estimation must be included when filing your application for each appealed parcel. If supporting evidence is not included, the board will deny the appeal.
The "BOE Online Application Form (Click Here)" link below will take you to an online form. Fill out the form (2 tabs), upload any needed documentation, and press the "Submit" button. Your application has been submitted. The filing deadline is September 15, 5:00 p.m. All appeal forms and evidence must be received online, in person, or by mail before that time. An appeal involving multiple parcels may be submitted, provided the parcels have the same owner and are in the same general area. Supporting evidence is required for each parcel appealed. Hearing times will be set as needed. Please provide valid contact information, including current phone numbers, and make yourself available for calls from Wasatch County.
If you wish to use a paper form, please stop by the Clerk/Auditor's Office, 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, 84032, or call (435) 657-3190.
