The Civil Division of the Wasatch County Attorney's Office is Wasatch County's legal advisor. It provides legal advice and assistance to the County Council, Manager, other elected county officials, and the various county departments, boards, and commissions. It also defends lawsuits and claims brought against Wasatch County.
