Ballot Processing

Ballot processing for October 22nd through November 3rd will be Monday-Fridays 8 am-5 pm only. Daily times will vary and are subject to change up to 24 hours prior.

Ballot processing on Monday, November 4th, will be from 8 AM until 5 PM.

Ballot processing on Election Day, November 5th, will be from 8 AM until 11 PM.

Ballot processing for November 6th, will begin at 10:00 am and continue until complete.

Public Logic & Accuracy Testing

Test Rescheduled: Logic and Accuracy Testing has been rescheduled for October 10 at 10:00 am at the County Administration Building, 25 N Main, Heber City, UT 84032. 

Public Logic & Accuracy Testing will be held on 10/07 at 11:00 AM.  Logic and accuracy tests on voting and tabulation equipment must occur anytime before ballots are counted so that this deadline may vary depending on the county's tabulation schedule. 20A-4-104(1)

Mail-In Ballots

Mail-in Ballots will begin to be mailed out on 10/15/2024. You can drop your ballot off at any of the Ballot Drop Boxes in the county starting 10/16 at 9:00 AM until Election Day 11/05 at 8:00 PM.

If mailing in your ballot, it must be postmarked no later than Nov 4th.

Voter Registration Deadline

Oct 25 - Last day to register to vote for the regular general election and be able to vote on Election Day without a provisional ballot. This is effective at 5:00 PM.20A-2-206(8), 20A-2-202(1)(c)(ii) & 20A-2-102.5,

Early In-Person Voting

October 29 - November 1, 2024

Early voting will be held at the Senior Citizen Center, 465 E 1200 South Heber City, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Use West Side Parking Lot (400 East)

Election Day - November 5, 2024

Election Day in-person voting will be at the Senior Citizen Center, 465 E 1200 South Heber City, from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

The Primary Election Public Logic and Accuracy testing was conducted on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Wasatch County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, UT 84032. The public was invited to attend.
