The Juvenile Division prosecutes delinquency matters for the State of Utah in Juvenile Court. Our goal is to effectively represent and assist victims of juvenile crime and to, whenever possible, educate juvenile offenders by holding them responsible for their conduct while supporting services designed to educate and rehabilitate.
